All purchases made on hataoai.com are fulfilled digitally and automatically:

• Compute Credits: Deposited into your Hatao AI account instantly (within 1 to 30 seconds) following payment confirmation from Cashfree.
• Generated Visual Artifacts: Rendered in real-time in your browser and available for immediate preview, layered editing, and download (PNG, HTML, PPTX, or MP4 video).

3. Delivery Confirmation & Support

Upon successful payment, an on-screen confirmation and updated credit balance are displayed immediately in your Account & Credits Dashboard. If you do not see your credits reflected within 5 minutes of a debit, please contact our priority support at support@hataoai.com with your transaction details.
