Terms of use

What this service does
You describe a design. The service uses third-party AI models to plan it, generate artwork for it, and build it as an editable HTML document with a rendered image. Optionally it can animate a finished design into a short video clip.
What you are responsible for
- The facts in your brief. Prices, dates, addresses, phone numbers, claims about a product or a treatment — the service reproduces what you give it. Check them before you publish anything.
- Rights to what you upload or describe. Do not ask for designs that copy someone else's trademark, logo, or copyrighted work.
- Where you use the output. Advertising, medical, financial and other regulated claims are your responsibility, not the service's.
What you may not do
- Generate material that is illegal, harassing, or that sexualises minors.
- Impersonate a real person, business, or public body.
- Create fake documents, receipts, credentials, or endorsements.
- Attempt to exhaust the service's capacity, evade its limits, or resell access to it.
Accounts used this way can be cut off without notice or refund.
Credits
Credits are a usage allowance. The estimated reservation is shown before generation and the final charge cannot exceed it. A job with no recorded usage costs no credits. Purchased credits are added only after a verified payment notification. Refunds and disputes reverse the corresponding credits; if those credits have already been spent, new generation pauses until the outstanding amount is resolved. Only packages and prices shown in the configured checkout are offered for purchase.
Your designs
You own what you make. The service keeps a copy so you can come back to it, and deletes finished projects automatically after a retention period — download the bundle if you want to keep yours. Project pages are served at unlisted addresses: unlisted is not the same as private.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is. AI models produce inconsistent results, sometimes get facts wrong, and sometimes fail outright. Nothing here is a guarantee that a design will be fit for any particular purpose, and the service is not liable for losses arising from its use.
Changes
These terms can change. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
